Rasheed Hamid and Extra Hands came HIGHLY recommended.  Little did I know, they came into my life at just the RIGHT time.  I knew I needed help, but didn't know just how much help I needed until my first consultation with Rasheed.

I manage several social media accounts, host Cultural Relocation Tours to Panama 9 times per year; make my own videos and promotional materials; host several events per year including group tours to other countries and an annual Women´s Retreat; I mentor and coach Black women in the Natural Hair business; I own a Salon; host a one hour radio broadcast that airs every Sunday; create podcasts for another media company; accept several public speaking events and interviews during the year . . . and it seems the list goes on and on and on.

I have considered a Virtual Assistant before, but just couldnt get beyond the "virtual" part.  I felt like what I was doing was too involved to even take the time to STOP and teach someone (who knows where in the world) how to HELP me!

When I met with Rasheed the first time, I knew he was special and had a unique TALENT for organization, management, marketing and THERAPY (LOL) that I had not witnessed before.  He helped me to understand how he could assemble a team to assist me with the tasks that were weighing me down, so I could focus more on the "meat and potatoes" of my business.  He met with me and my Partners and carefully crafted a Proposal that was not only based on professional services, but also took into consideration which members on his team would work best with me, my personality and work style.  He NAILED it!  In the first three months, we were able to get the largest Social Media account under control and develop a management/engagement plan that can be duplicated; we got our Blog started; a Newsletter template was created; and several promotional videos and an intro for my Youtube channel were produced.  We are now working on the next phase and strategy for our company with Extra Hands.

More than anything, Rasheed gave me peace of mind and let me see what life can be like if I just let go of the wheel a little.  He was patient with me and definitely took a "let me show you" approach.
